Steel Pile Mounting System is designed to provide an economical and practical mounting solution for large-scale open areas.Suitable for both framed and frameless modules. Compatible with pile driving ram making installations on the open area easy.Long service life of minimum 25 years enabled due to the high-quality materials.

Zinc Aluminum Magnesium coated steel is a Zn-Al-Mg ternary alloy coating steel. This chemical composition has been chosen to provide the optimum levels of corrosion resistance which is about 3 to 5 times comparing with HDG steel.This kind of steel permits all the conventional processing operations possible with standard HDG steel. In addition to these many benefits, Zinc Aluminum Magnesium coating steel  has a lower friction coefficient which remains stable throughout forming operations to get a better solar mounting structure.

Self-healing
The magnesium(Mg) in the coating is beneficial to delay the increase in the cathode pH value during the corrosion process, and gradually generate very stable and well-structured oxides. These oxides form a stable double-layer hydroxide protective film on the surface of the coating and restrain the cutting places corroded

Q:What can I buy from here?
A:Roof mounting system,Ground mounting system and carport mounting system, walkway(material type: HDG or FRP or Aluminum alloy 5052), solar mounting components(such mid/end clamp, rail, L feet, bolts, ground screw, grounding lug, grounding clip etc.)with material Aluminum alloy 6005-T6&SUS304 or HDG(Hot dip galvanizing) steel or Zinc Aluminum Magnesium coating steel.

Q : Do you have any MOQ limit ?
A: We don't have a request on MOQ for our current products, 1pc for sample checking is available. But for ODM and OEM products, we have a request on MOQ.

Q: Can I have a free sample?
A: If you only need similar samples, we can find it from our showroom, it is free, but you need to cover the courier freight. If you need a customized sample, you need to pay the sample fee. Welcome to get our free samples to test and check quality.

Q:How long is your delivery time?
A: Sample needs 1-3 days; Within 5MW for 2 weeks, urgent order could be within 12days;If customized design with new mold, the mold time 7-12days; solar farm, the lead time 2-3weeks. For special order, please check with us.
 
Q : How about your after-service?
A: We will be responsible for any complaints from our customers (response immediately when we received it, within 3 hours) and would like to help our customers to solve any problems what they meet.
